The battery constant temperature integrated box is a specially designed testing chamber for lithium battery products such as Blue Electric Test System and Xinwei Test System. It features customized battery racks and multiple temperature protection functions. The system supports long-term uninterrupted operation with multi-temperature points and balanced frost-free control.

★ The second generation integrated constant temperature test chamber combines the test equipment and the temperature box into one, effectively reducing the floor space, unchanged volume, unchanged number of channels, saving experimental space, and new upgrade with simple and beautiful appearance.

★ Reject clutter, the wiring is completely hidden, and four standard wire-piercing test holes (with a diameter of 50mm) are provided behind the test box.

★ It has the maximum utilization of equipment space. The standard 4-layer partition for clamping batteries (partition with insulating type pad) is manufactured by special process according to the characteristics of batteries.

★ The studio is made of mirror stainless steel plate, which is convenient for battery test installation.

★ The studio is equipped with lighting.

★ The working room is equipped with a fan to form forced convection.

★ The surface of the outer box is spray plastic treatment, the whole machine has a beautiful and reasonable shape, and it is convenient to use and maintain.

★  The test box door is a double-door design, the inner door is tempered glass, which can directly observe the culture situation in the working room, and the outer door adopts magnetic door seal, which has good sealing.

★ Equipped with leakage protector.

★ Equipped with an auxiliary thermostat to ensure that the product can still work normally (for heating) in case the main temperature control is out of control.

★ It has automatic control function of hot and cold, and adopts imported compressor double refrigeration system.
